Delete from the App
iOS
- Open the nomatch app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm by tapping Delete Account again
Android
- Open the nomatch app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm by tapping Delete
Delete Without the App
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by emailing us:
Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, bio, photos, rig details)
- Your location data
- All connections and interest expressions
- Verification photos
- Push notification tokens
- Your authentication record
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you want to use nomatch again after deleting your account, you will need to create a new account and complete verification again.
